മൂവ്വായിരം രൂവ !!!

            March 10 ന് എന്റെ ഇൻബോക്സിൽ ഒരു മെയിൽ എത്തി.എട്ടു പത്ത് വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുമ്പ് ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള നിരവധി മെയിലുകൾ വരാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. കോടികൾ ലോട്ടറി അടിച്ചു എന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് "കൊക്കക്കോള"യിൽ നിന്നും "സാംസംഗി"ൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാം , വിശ്വസനീയമെന്ന് തോന്നിക്കുന്ന മെയിലുകൾ. തട്ടിപ്പാണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലായതിനാൽ അവ അതേപോലെ ഡിലീറ്റ് ചെയ്യാറായിരുന്നു പതിവ്. പക്ഷെ, ഈ മെയിലിലെ സംബോധന വ്യത്യസ്തമായതിനാലും മുമ്പ് ഒരു കിടിലൻ വാച്ച് കിട്ടിയ അനുഭവം ഉള്ളതിനാലും ഞാൻ അത് മുഴുവൻ വായിച്ചു.

Currently, we are working on a study to learn the blogger's experience with blogger.com/blogspot.in and to test some new features for better blogging experience. In this regard, we would like to check with you on the possibilities of supporting us in this research initiative. During this study period, if you agree to participate, an additional feature will be added to your preferred blog in blogger.com during the first week of April.  Blogger.com team is expecting to provide you the prompts related to your blog topic through this feature for a period of 4 weeks.  At the end of every week, you have to answer a 5 minutes online survey to share your experience on the usability of this new feature. Additionally, based on your blogging topic the Blogger.com team may wish to have a 30-minute online conversation with you before they add the above-mentioned feature to your blog, which will take place sometime during the last week of March.

This is not a marketing or sales initiative and is purely for research purposes. Additionally, we don’t intend to ask you for any information that might be considered sensitive or confidential in nature. Your responses will remain completely confidential and will focus on your desires and needs as a blogger. The results of these research activities will be used for developing a better blogging platform.

മെയിലിലെ ഈ അവസാന വരി എനിക്ക് ഏറെ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടതോടോപ്പം തട്ടിപ്പിന്റെ ഗന്ധവും ഉയർന്നു. അടിയിൽ ഒരു ബിരാദറിന്റെയും ഒരു പെൺ നായരുടെയും മെയിൽ ഐഡിയും നമ്പറും നൽകിയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും അതിലൊന്നും കോണ്ടാക്ട് ചെയ്യാതെ തന്നെ ഞാൻ കളത്തിലിറങ്ങി. അടുത്ത ദിവസം തന്നെ എനിക്ക് മറുപടിയും കിട്ടി.

വീണ്ടും ഒരു തട്ടിപ്പ് മണത്തെങ്കിലും ഞാൻ അത് ഏറ്റെടുത്തു. April 10 ന് പുതിയൊരാൾ കൂടി രംഗപ്രവേശം ചെയ്തതോടെ ഞാൻ, പഴയ ചാക്കോ കേസ് ഓർത്തു. വഴിയിൽ നിന്ന് ഓരോരുത്തരായി കയറി എന്നെ തട്ടാനുള്ള പ്ലാൻ !! പക്ഷെ ഓൺലൈനിൽ ആയതിനാൽ എന്റെ ശരീരത്തിൽ ഒന്നും സംഭവിക്കില്ല എന്നതിനാൽ ഞാൻ ധൈര്യസമേതം മുന്നോട്ട് തന്നെ പിടിച്ചു.

അങ്ങനെ മൂന്ന് ആഴ്‍ചകളിലായി ഏകദേശം ഒരേ പോലത്തെ സർവ്വേ ഫോം എന്റെ ഇൻബോക്സിൽ എത്തി . ഞാൻ അത് ഫിൽ ചെയ്ത് കൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.മിക്ക ഉത്തരങ്ങളും നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയിരുന്നു. ഇടക്ക് അഡീഷണൽ ഫീഡ്ബാക്ക് കൊടുത്തിട്ടും മൈന്റ് ചെയ്യാത്തതിനാൽ ആദ്യ മെയിലിൽ കണ്ട ബീരേദറിന് ഞാൻ ഒരു കത്തിട്ടു. എന്റെ ഫീഡ്ബാക്കിന് മറുപടി തരേണ്ടത് റിസർച്ച് ടീം ആണെന്നും നേരത്തെ ഓഫർ ചെയ്ത കാഷ് ഇൻസെന്റീവ് തരാനായി ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ട് വിവരങ്ങൾ വേണമെന്നും മറുപടി കിട്ടി.അല്പം ആലോചിച്ച ശേഷം ഞാൻ അക്കൗണ്ട് നമ്പറും IFSC കോഡും നൽകി.

 എന്റെ എല്ലാ സംശയങ്ങളെയും പിഴുതെറിഞ്ഞ് , ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം എന്റെ അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ 3000 രൂപ ക്രെഡിറ്റു ചെയ്ത എസ്.എം.എസ് കിട്ടി!! കഥകളതിസാന്ത്വനത്തിൽ കിട്ടാതെ പോയത് ബ്ലോഗർ തന്നു. മറ്റാർക്കെങ്കിലും കിട്ടിയോ ?
